TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As a confirmation of your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the full price of your stay to be paid by bank transfer. If the deposit is not paid within 5 days from the date you have received your cost overview, we shall assume that your reservation is canceled. Only after the deposit has been credited to our bank account, the reservation will be confirmed from our side. 
By paying us the deposit you confirm to accept our terms and conditions. 

THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE

The balance of the payment (70% of your total holiday amount) must be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holidays. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain the deposit, and levy cancellation charges according to the prescribed scale set out below. 

LAST-MINUTE BOOKING 
If you book 42 days or less before the date of the start of your holiday, the total amount must be paid in full at the time of the booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE PAYABLE AS FOLLOWS 
• 42 days – 28 days before the start of your holiday... 50% of the total holiday amount (we keep the deposit and charge an additional 20% of the total amount);
• 27 days – 21 days before the start of your holiday... 70% of the total holiday amount (we keep the deposit and charge an additional 40% of the total amount);
• 20 days before the start of your holiday - Not showing up and by interrupting the holiday...100% of the total holiday amount.

Travel insurance is highly recommended

By using our website or the services offered by us, you are consenting to our use of such personal information as you provide to us as described herein. U.O. Palmižana collects personal information only to the extent necessary to deliver the services, products, or information you, or an agent or other passenger booking on your behalf, request.
U.O. Palmižana collects personal information when providing services to you.
This information consists of full name, age, home address, phone number, e-mail address, passport and travel medical information, where required, insurance details, nationality, nutrition preferences, trip evaluations, travel & accommodation preferences, comments you provide us, credit card and/or other payment information, etc. The collection of this information is done to allow us to provide services to you as requested.

U.O. Palmižana collects personal information from agents and agencies to the extent required to allow us to run trips where we provide services as a ground operator, and to be properly credited for such booking, as necessary and as dictated by the relationship between the agent and U.O. Palmižana. This information may be collected directly from you or our agent who is selling the trip to you.

How is my personal information used or disclosed?

We use personal information to register you to receive newsletters, answer your request for further information about our trips, make a booking or booking(s), provide you with information about the Company and/or our services, and receive and implement feedback on those services.

What are the consequences of failing to provide Personal Information?

If you do not provide the Personal Information that we request, we may not be able to deliver the services you have requested, which may mean you won't be able to participate in our trips or subscribe to our newsletter, to name a few.

How is your Personal Information Protected?

The security and integrity of your Personal Information are important to us. All personal information is stored in secure databases at secure addresses to prevent unauthorized access. Please note however that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we take all steps to ensure the safety of your data, we cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us over the Internet.

From time to time it may be necessary for U.O. Palmižana to amend or make revisions to this Privacy Policy, which amendments may also apply to your personal information collected under a previous version of this Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If we make a change to the Policy, the revised version will be posted on our website.
