TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required and must be paid by bank transfer. If the deposit is not received within five days of the date on which you receive your cost overview, we will consider your reservation cancelled. Your reservation will be considered confirmed only once the deposit has been credited to our bank account. By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions.

THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE

The remaining balance, amounting to 70% of the total cost of your stay, must be paid no later than six weeks before the start of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, retain the deposit, and apply cancellation charges in accordance with the applicable scale set out below

LAST-MINUTE BOOKING 

If you make a booking 42 days or less before the start of your holiday, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE PAYABLE AS FOLLOWS 
• 42 days – 28 days before the start of your holiday... 50% of the total holiday amount (we keep the deposit and charge an additional 20% of the total amount);
• 27 days – 21 days before the start of your holiday... 70% of the total holiday amount (we keep the deposit and charge an additional 40% of the total amount);
• 20 days before the start of your holiday - No-show or early departure..100% of the total holiday amount.

Travel insurance is highly recommended

This information consists of full name, age, home address, phone number, e-mail address, passport and travel medical information, where required, insurance details, nationality, nutrition preferences, trip evaluations, travel & accommodation preferences, comments you provide us, credit card and/or other payment information, etc. The collection of this information is done to allow us to provide services to you as requested.

U.O. Palmižana collects personal information from agents and agencies to the extent required to allow us to run trips where we provide services as a ground operator, and to be properly credited for such booking, as necessary and as dictated by the relationship between the agent and U.O. Palmižana. This information may be collected directly from you or our agent who is selling the trip to you.

How is my personal information used or disclosed?

We use personal information to register you to receive newsletters, answer your request for further information about our trips, make a booking or booking(s), provide you with information about the Company and/or our services, and receive and implement feedback on those services.

What are the consequences of failing to provide Personal Information?

If you do not provide the Personal Information we request, we may be unable to provide you with the services you have requested. For example, you may not be able to subscribe to our newsletter.
