From Split Airport - get a private taxi pick up to Split harbor and catch the catamaran to Hvar town
We can easily organize a private driver who comes to pick you up at Split Airport and also buy  you the tickets for the catamaran if needed  or you can buy them by yourself online. 
Once you reach Hvar town you can catch a private water taxi to  get to the small port  Palmižana by private speedboat (see the list of water taxi agencies above). If you prefer to organize by yourself your transfer, please note that taxi boats operate between the small port of Palmižana and the town of Hvar, day and night, according to their schedule or on request.

If you are already in Croatia 
If you are driving or traveling in Croatia, ferries to the island of Hvar (port of Stari Grad)  can be taken from Split, Rijeka (Fiume) Zadar, or Dubrovnik. Here you can bring your car or simply come on foot on the ferry.

Ferries take  passengers, pets and cars and  arrive in the port of Stari Grad, the second biggest town on the island of Hvar, 20 minutes car ride to the town of Hvar. Once in Hvar town, you can leave your car in the public parking lot.

For those on foot, from Stari Grad, take a bus or taxi to Hvar town, only 20 minutes away.
